    Track Your Order

    Stay updated on your order status from payment to delivery. Here's how our order processing works and how you can track your shipment.

    Order Status Flow

    1. Order Paid

    After your payment is successfully processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number. This is the first step in your order journey.

    Typically immediate after payment

    2. Order Processing

    Our team begins processing your order. This includes verifying your prescription (if applicable), preparing your frames, and packaging your order for shipment.

    Usually 1-2 business days

    3. Order Shipped

    Your order is handed over to our shipping partner. At this stage, your order is on its way to you.

    Typically 3-5 business days after order placement

    4. Tracking Number Provided

    Once your order ships, we receive a tracking number from our shipping partner. This tracking number is sent to you via email, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

    Same day as shipping

    5. Order Delivered

    Your package arrives at your doorstep! The tracking status will update to "Delivered" once the package has been successfully delivered.

    Typically 5-10 business days after order placement (depending on shipping method)

    How to Track Your Order

    There are several ways to track your order:

    • Email Link: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
    • Account Page: Log in to your account and view your order history

    Understanding Tracking Information

    When you track your package, you'll see various status updates. Here's what they mean:

    StatusWhat It Means
    Pre-TransitThe shipping label has been created, but the package hasn't been received by the carrier yet
    In TransitYour package is on its way
    Out for DeliveryYour package is on the delivery vehicle for final delivery
    DeliveredYour package has been delivered
    ExceptionThere's been a delivery exception (delay, address issue, etc.)

    Common Tracking Issues

    No Updates for 24+ Hours

    This is normal, especially during weekends or holidays. Packages may move without scanning updates. If there are no updates for more than 3 business days, please contact us.

    Package Shows "Delivered" But Not Received

    Check with neighbors and around your property. Packages are sometimes delivered to a secure location or neighbor. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, contact us.

    Tracking Number Not Working

    It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to become active in the carrier's system. If it's still not working after 24 hours, please contact our customer service.
